Reservations
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to check in and register.

Cancelations
Should you wish to cancel, please notify us a minimum of six hours prior to your appointment. A 50 % cancellation fee may apply if you notify us within six hours prior to or at the last minute, a 100% cancelation fee may apply.

Drone Usage
Guests are welcome to use drones during their stay for an additional fee; please Contact Us for pricing and usage policy.

No Pets Allowed
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the premises.

Ulaman Eco Luxury Resort welcomes guests aged 16 and above to preserve the resort’s romantic atmosphere and overall guest experience.
